A General Refund Policy
All Sales are Final
We offer multiple free mock exams and live tests to evaluate our quality prior to purchase. Therefore, once a premium exam set, batch, or course is purchased, no refunds or returns will be issued under any normal circumstances.
B Technical Exceptions & Double Payments
Accidental Double Payments
If you are charged twice for the same course or exam pack due to a technical glitch from the payment gateway, the duplicate amount will be refunded after verification.
Server or Platform Failure
If our platform fails to grant you access to the purchased material within 24 hours of successful payment confirmation, you are eligible to claim a refund.
C Refund Request & Processing
To request a refund under the technical exceptions listed above, you must contact our support within 48 hours of the transaction.
How to Apply
Email us at support official email or message our helpdesk with your Registered Name, Mobile Number, Transaction ID, and a screenshot of the payment receipt.
Processing Time

Since courses are launched only after 100% material submission by affiliate teachers, content unavailability is highly unlikely. However, if any system-wide issues occur, the platform management holds the final authority regarding adjustments or compensation policies.
